All of our Process Servers are bonded, licensed and have at least five years in the field. You will get unlimited attempts to serve your defendant(s). We will only stop if: you request us to, we have verified the address given as invalid or time has run out to serve the defendant.

• Receive up to date status on your case(s) by calling, e-mail request or checking online.
• Filing the Proof of Service(s). Our Statewide court personnel will file and conform your Proof of Service(s). The conformed Proof of Service and all other documents will then be mailed and/or e-mailed back to you.

After receiving your submission from our on-line form, our professional staff will review your data, and if necessary, contact you with any additional required information. Along with paying the correct filing fees, your claim will be prepared and filed in the venue where the cause of action took place. Once your claim is filed, we will fax, mail and/or e-mail your claim to you.
